Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll be prompted to complete a questionnaire, a ‘Qpack’, which is a series of questions that you will complete, this will provide me with clarity and assist me in better understanding your idea, I will therefore be better placed in appreciating your business format and business model requirements.
The ‘Qpack’ will contain questions about, you your skills and attributes, the company name, products & services, business format, geographical scope, potential competitors (name/website), your business planning needs (with financials or not), and finally your preferred project end date. Shortly after, I’ll message you a link to schedule a call on the ‘Meet/Team/Zoom’ platform for the initial consultation.

I include revisions at different stages, dependent on the version of the plan you’ve chosen. Once the plan is delivered, I will make small edits for spelling mistakes or remove specified information.

Should you have chosen to add optional extras, or one of the two financial models, which you will have specified or included in the project? I will include revisions to the financial model, as I build out the financial projections. Revisions can take place online by email, or ‘Meet/Team/Zoom’ calls can be arranged with agreed dates and times, these normally will be 15 -20 minutes as standard. However, if a call is scheduled and you are not available you could be charged at the standard rate.

I will maintain progress reports as we advance through the various stages, this will take the form of an email containing the data/materials, or we can arrange a short ‘Meet/Team/Zoom’ chat (if agreed within the order, or an optional extra) any such meeting you will be able to see your plan online at an agreed Meet, for input and revisions. This has been included in the planned package, as I am dedicated to ensuring my clients own their plan, as you have got to deliver it to investors or funding agencies, therefore you need to understand and own the detail.

I’ve spent a lifetime working with UK companies of all sizes, in dozens of industries and sectors, in almost all Sales, Management & Organisational Development, Marketing, and Franchise Operational capacities. I have seen ’00s business plans. Almost all do not consider the customer, your customers, who they are, where they live, and whether will they buy your products /services.
I’m an experienced marketer and have developed this website free of algorithms, transparent pricing, and most importantly, I will talk to you! Communicate via Teams/Zoom, face to face and I will personally guide and tutor you to build your plan so that you own it, the content of the planning. You provide passion, commitment, and most importantly the DRIVE!

Yes, of course! Please message me for a custom order, and we can organise a Team/Zoom call to discuss your business plan and growth objectives. I look forward to talking with you soon!

I have worked on plans for almost all sectors of business. My specialism is a sole trader start-up, hence the cost-efficient price for the ‘Launchpad’ and ‘Kickstart’ packages. However, the mainstream skill base is in supporting companies to start and grow their businesses with tailored marketing plans, for partnerships and limited companies. My specialisms are retail, online businesses, high street, food, fashion, automotive, engineering, trades, electrical, and manufacturing. I work with start-ups for, small and medium-sized businesses.
If I am not as familiar with your industry or sector, I will spend more time researching and establishing the facts or consult with an expert colleague in that sector. I will analyse the related competitors and determine, together with yourself their strengths and weaknesses.

Having sold three businesses and retired three times, I stumbled, some 10 years ago starting a new career (for one year!?) I have tutored Business Studies in an education college, within an adult provision, with some 600+ students approaching release. Of those, most passed at GCE O/A level, with 4 gaining entry to university, all produced a 15–35- page business plan. The plans included market research, analysis, and market justification. Additionally, many produced a 12-month sales forecast, graphical analysis, and cashflow forecasts (regular & pessimistic) together with a profit & loss for their
individual business ideas, in some cases producing a pitch desk PowerPoint ppt.
